The standard PVDF (Polyvinylidene fluoride) is a homopolymer of VF2 (Vinylidene difluoride).
Besides those homopolymers, copolymers with HFP (Hexafluoropropylene) such as CTFE (Chlorotrifluoroethylene) and copolymer blends also exist and are usually softer than the homopolymers.

Products
APT produces PVDF tubes from a minimum inner diameter of 0,3 mm (0.010”) to a maximum outer diameter of 100 mm (4.000”) and PVDF rods to a maximum diameter of 4,00 mm (0.160”) In addition to a large spectrum of standard products, on which we keep stock , we almost produce every possible required dimensions. On request, products can also be colored according to RAL-color system.
Depending on customer’s request, PVDF tubes can be packaged in coils, wrapped on spools or supplied in straight length up to 6 m (18ft.).
Application areas
On basis of these excellent characteristics, PVDF tubes can be used for several applications in the industrial sector:
Chemical plant construction
